SAN DIEGO, California – Motorcyclist Cezario Elias Tebcherani , 27, of San Diego was found dead Saturday morning near his motorcycle on the Clairemont Mesa Boulevard off-ramp of the 163 North Cabrillo freeway in Kearney Mesa, according to a San Diego Medical Examiner report.

A United States Post Office employee spotted Tebcherani’s 1989 Honda motorcycle lying in the street and then saw the motorcyclist nearby.

Police investigating the scene of the motorcycle accident believe the crash took place sometime between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Saturday morning. The motorcycle rider may have drove into the gore point, struck a guardrail and lunged forward into another guardrail before it came to a stop. The man was not responsive and was not breathing at the time he was discovered.

“Families of motorcyclists killed in traffic accidents not only have to cope with the loss of a loved one, but often they want to know what happened in order to have closure,” said Attorney West Seegmiller, founder of The Seegmiller Law Firm.
