IRVINE, California – Jon Dressler was killed Wednesday night in a fiery crash with another vehicle on the southbound lanes of the Interstate 5 freeway between Lake Forest Drive and north of Bake Parkway, according to an article in the Orange County Register.
His name was released today by the Orange County Sheriff Coroner Department.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at 11:05 p.m. after the motorcyclist was thrown from his bike and died at the scene in the No. 1 lane.
The CHP issued a SigAlert following the crash for four lanes that was in effect until just after 1 a.m. , the article said.
