LOS ANGELES (KABC) – Police officers in Los Angeles responded to a scend on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at approximately 11:20 to find Dough Harden, 42, fatally injured as a result of a hit and run accident.  According to Dough Harden’s girlfriend, they were in Koreatown waiting for a takeout order.  While waiting for the order, Dough proceeded across the street (Olympic and Norton) to check on their lottery tickets.  Several cars stopped for him as he crossed over, but one of the cars, identified as a black SUV, went past the cars on an outside lane and struck pedestrian Harden.  He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The black SUV has front end damage and a missing side view mirror.  Authorities are reviewing survelliance footage from the surrounding businesses for further information on the suspected vehicle.  If you have any information about this incident, please call the Los Angeles Police Department at 877-527-3247
