Buena Park, California — Pascal Preston, 72, of Buena Park was killed Wednesday night in a pedestrian accident after he was truck by a car on Artesia Boulevard at Burnham Street, according to a press release issued by the Orange County Sheriff Coroner Department.
About 7 p.m., Buena Park Police responded to the scene of the pedestrian car accident and interviewed the driver of the car who remained at the scene.
Police told the Orange County Register that Preston may have been crossing outside of a marked crosswalk at the time the Acura struck him, but the pedestrian accident is under investigation.
