HUNTINGTON BEACH, California – At least two people were injured Thursday morning after a two-car crash on Bolsa Avenue at Edwards Street, according to new reports.
The female driver of a silver, Chevrolet Aveo, and a little girl who was in the backseat of her father’s black Chevrolet Silverado, were both injured in the crash. Paramedics transported them both by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
It is not clear what caused the 9:30 a.m. Huntington Beach crash, but police remained at the scene to investigate the circumstances that lead to the collision.
“Police investigate car accidents to determine who is at fault and liable for damages and injuries sustained victims,” said Attorney West Seegmiller, founder of the Seegmiller Law Firm. “Many car accident injuries are minor and heal quickly, but some injuries such as back pain can last for years or can be permanent. Medical treatment should be sought immediately after a crash.”

If you are injured the insurance company may try to settle your claim quickly, but ask yourself if you believe they have your best interests in mind. Some injuries may lead to long-term ailments requiring pain medication, therapy or loss of function. You may require time off work to recover from injuries completely and those costs are not likely part of the settlement they will offer you. Representatives at the insurance company want you to settle for the lowest amount possible so they can close the case.
There is no cost to speak to our experienced legal professionals about your accident until we have won your case. Finding the best car accident attorney can mean you will get the settlement you need to get your life back on track. Compensation for your injuries, loss of wages and pain and suffering can’t take away the trauma of the accident, but it can help you rebuild your life.
