LA HABRA, California – Oscar Rodriguez, 55, of Buena Park, was killed Sunday night in a rollover crash on Harbor Boulevard and Arbolita Drive about a block away from the Arbolita Elementary School, according to a report by the Orange County Register.

About 10:33 p.m., police responded to the scene of the two-vehicle collision including one car that had veered off the roadway and was upside down in the quiet residential neighborhood, the Register said.

Rodriguez was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The driver of the other vehicle was not injured in the crash, the report said.

According to the Register, police are conducting tests to determine whether alcohol or drugs were involved in the crash.

“There are no words that can lift the burden of grief and sorrow his family and friends are experiencing right now,” Attorney West Seegmiller said.  “The thoughts and prayers of our staff are with them at this difficult time.”

Orange County Personal Injury Wrongful Death Attorney

The families of victims killed in a traffic accident not only face the emotional loss of losing a loved one, but many suffer financial losses as a result of losing the support of the person who died.

“Tragically those who are killed in car accidents can no longer support their families emotionally or financially, but if they were not at fault for a crash the family may file a wrongful death claim in an effort to help them recoup their financial losses,” Attorney West Seegmiller explains. “Let an experienced wrongful death attorney determine whether you have a case after a careful examination of the facts and evidence.”
