LAKE ELSINORE CRASH: One Person Hospitalized After Accident on Grand Avenue

LAKE ELSINORE, California (May 29, 2013) – One person was hospitalized after suffering moderate injuries Tuesday morning in a crash between two vehicles on Grand Avenue and Broadway Street, according to a press release issued by the Riverside County Fire Department.

About 11:30 a.m., fire fighters were called to the scene of the crash to rescue the injured person who was trapped in one of the vehicles. Two others involved in the crash were not hurt, the report said.

One Injured in Crash on Railroad Canyon and Church Street in Lake Elsinore

LAKE ELSINORE, California (Feb. 3, 2013) – One person was critically injured Sunday afternoon after being trapped underneath a vehicle following a car crash on Railroad Canyon Road at Church Street, according to a press release issued by the Riverside County Fire Department.

About 2:51 p.m., Riverside fire fighters responded to the scene of the single-vehicle crash in which the vehicle had gone off the roadway and fallen roughly 50 feet over the side of an embankment.

The victim was transported by ground ambulance with major injuries to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police closed down Railroad Canyon Road for several hours after the crash.

Lake Elsinore Crash Injures Driver and Firefighter

LAKE ELSINORE, California – A firefighter suffered minor injuries Tuesday morning during a rescue of a driver whose SUV drove off an embankment while driving on the southbound Interstate 15 Freeway and fell about 30 feet to Mission Trail and Elberta, according to a press release issued by the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner Department.

About 7:03 a.m., Riverside Firefighters responded to the scene of the single-vehicle crash in an effort to rescue a driver trapped at the bottom of the embankment in their vehicle.

The fire fighters sustained minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment. Paramedics also transported the driver by ambulance to a nearby hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

LAKE ELSINORE: Two Injured in Rollover Crash on I-15 at Diamond Drive

LAKE ELSINORE, California –  Two people were injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on the southbound lanes of the Interstate 15 Freeway at Diamond Drive, according to a press release issued by the Riverside County Fire Department.

Riverside fire fighters responded to the scene of the crash about 12:24 p.m.  where they had to cut apart the vehicle to rescue the two trapped victims. Paramedics transported the injured patients by ground ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment of minor to moderate injuries, the report said.

Fatal Lake Elsinore Crash on Railroad Canyon Road

LAKE ELSINORE, California –  One person is dead after their vehicle rolled down an embankment on Railroad Canyon Road just east of Grape Street Friday morning, according to a CAL FIRE Riverside County Fire Department press release.

According to the report there were 14 firefighters at the scene of the 10:18 a.m. car crash working to rescue the victim who was trapped I the vehicle, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck.
