MORENO VALLEY, California — Edward Pattio Jr., 20, of San Bernardino of died Tuesday night shortly after he was struck by a full-sized Sport Utility Vehicle on Perris Boulevard, just south of Filaree Avenue, according to a press release issued by the Riverside County Sheriff Coroner Department.
About 8:45 p.m. on Jan. 8, 2013, Pattio was struck by the driver of the SUV and critically injured. Paramedics who responded to the scene of the crash rushed him to Riverside County Regional Medical Center where he was treated, but later died of his injuries at 10:43 p.m., the report said.
