LAKE ELSINORE, California – Six people were injured in a three-vehicle collision Tuesday night on Highway 74 near Theda Street, according to a Riverside County Fire Department press release.

CAL FIRE and Riverside County Firefighters had to perform a cut and rescue on at least one of the people who was trapped in a vehicle and six patients were transported by ground ambulance to Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospital, the press release said.
The multi-vehicle traffic accident was reported to emergency workers at 6:08 p.m., the report said.
