Our client sued the driver of a Ford F550 and his employer after being struck in a rear-end collision that caused severe, debilitating injuries to her neck and lower back. The client was driving her Lexus on Lindaro Canyon Road on her way to the 101 freeway on ramp. She started slowing down because she saw a yellow light and she stopped. After the light went red, the defendant’s pickup truck slammed into the back of her vehicle and pushed the car into the intersection.
Police determined that the driver of the Ford truck was driving too fast for prevailing conditions and he was said to be at fault for the accident.
The injuries our client sustained in the accident required significant physical therapy and chiropractic care.
