ANAHEIM, California (May 1, 2013) – One person was hospitalized following a four-vehicle crash Wednesday morning on the southbound Interstate 5 Santa Ana freeway near the Gene Autry Way off ramp to the Angel Stadium of Anaheim, according to a dispatch report issued by the California Highway Patrol.

Just before 8 a.m., CHP officers reported a white BMW, a grey Toyota Avalon, a silver Honda Accord and a blue BMW were involved in a traffic accident that was blocking the No. 3 lane of the freeway.

Paramedics responded to the crash and immediately took one of the injured people to UCI Medical Center in Irvine for treatment of undisclosed injuries sustained in the crash.
