AGUANGA, California (Feb. 2, 2013) – One person was rescued Saturday afternoon after their car drove over the side of Sage Road and fell roughly 20 feet into a ditch, according to a press release issued by the Riverside County Fire Department.

Just before 2 p.m., CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters were at the scene of the car crash just south of Bach Road in Aguanga where a single vehicle had fallen over the embankment.  The injured person was transported by air ambulance to a nearby hospital for treatment of major injuries, the report said.
