SAN DIEGO, California (March 11, 2013) — The driver of a Yellow Cab taxi was injured in a crash with the driver of a silver sports utility vehicle while driving on Interstate 8 at Taylor Way, according to a dispatch report issued by the California Highway Patrol.
Just before 9 a.m., the CHP reported that a two-vehicle crash between the taxi and an SUV took place in the center divider of the freeway. Upon arrival, the CHP noted that the driver of the taxi was not responding and a call went out to the San Diego Fire Department. The Nos. 3, 4 and 5 lanes were blocked after the crash.
“Our lives are in the hands of other drivers every day we travel on our busy Southern Californian roadways,” said Attorney West Seegmiller. “Indeed, while we cannot control how others drive, we can make a choice to hire an attorney to represent us against them if we are hurt in a crash. An experienced personal injury lawyer will help ensure our medical care is provided and our financial losses are regained.”
