In a recent article by The Las Vegas Sun, a 38-year-old Las Vegas woman was driving a 2002 Infiniti SUV when for unknown reasons she drove off the road. She was driving south on Aliante Parkway near Grand Teton Drive. She suddenly drove off-road for about 340 feet before her vehicle rolled once and she was ejected from it. She was immediately transported to University Medical Center and was pronounced dead last night at about 11 p.m. Fortunately there were no other passengers in the SUV. Police are still investigating how the crash occurred. This is the fifth person who has died in a car crash this year. More information is forthcoming.
