SAN JOSE, California (June 27, 2013) – One person died and three people were injured after an accident in which one vehicle overturned and caught fire just north of Motorcycle Park in the Foothills, according to a dispatch report issued by the California Highway Patrol.

Just before 9 p.m., the California Department of Forestry reported the accident to the CHP who responded.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene, and another three people were transported to nearby hospitals, their conditions are unknown.

One of the vehicles involved was abandoned, CHP is investigating the incident.
