WESTMINSTER, California – Jason Michael Elliott, 29, of Sunset Beach pleaded guilty last week to charges of sexually assaulting three clients while working as a certified massage therapist at Seal Beach Massage Envy at 12340 Seal Beach Boulevard, according to a press release issued by the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.
According to the news report, Elliott was sentenced to one year in jail and three years of formal probation for sexual battery on three separate occasions while working as a masseuse at the Seal Beach facility. The conviction also requires that Elliot register as a lifetime sex offender.
The crimes were reported to the Seal Beach Police Department and the victims told police the assaults took place between Aug. 4, 2009 and April 29, 2010. None of the victims knew each other, the report said.
