SAN BERNARDINO, California (Jan. 18, 2013) — Vanessa Ventresca, 32, of San Bernardino was killed early Friday morning when her car sideswiped another vehicle, veered off the 210 Freeway and collided with a tree

About 2:14 a.m., Ventresca was driving westbound on the freeway when for unknown reasons she side swiped the other vehicle. The impact caused her pickup truck to deflect off the center media and veer off the roadway before coming to a stop at a tree, the report said.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash to determine its cause.
