Liability Issues in Westminster Motorcycle Accidents
Under California law, drivers are expected to exercise a certain standard of care when they are on our roadways and when they fall below that standard they can be deemed negligent. Motorists who fail to yield the right of way to a motorcycle rider would be considered negligent under the law. Motorcycle riders face more dangers on our roadways then other vehicles. Many factors can result in a single-vehicle crash including poor road conditions, traffic hazards or product defects including tires, maintenance issues and other mechanical malfunctions. Manufacturers can be held liable for any number of mishaps that lead to an injury crash.
