Nathan Young’s main focus as a personal injury attorney is helping injured our clients in their quest for justice. Besides working tirelessly to get compensation for our clients, Nathan also ensures they are given first-class treatment as they recover from devastating injuries or losses.
Nathan began his career as a bankruptcy attorney at the Parsa Law Group in Irvine. Later he moved into civil litigation including personal injury, real estate, transactional business matters and employment. He also worked abroad for in China for a Richmond, Calif.-based company China Access.
A native of San Francisco, Calif., Nathan is the second-oldest of five children and moved to Southern California to attend college in 2002. He was inspired to pursue a career in the law by his mother Carol Draizen who was a social worker and introduced him to the legal system as she argued at pre-trial diversions in front of a judge. Nathan also has a younger brother Joel who is a civil litigation attorney and a cousin Debra Mongan who practices law in Tustin, California.
Nathan, who is a member of the California State Bar, earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California where he majored in history. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa. While at the college, he studied abroad in China, France and Spain. He also was selected to teach classes for first-year law students in the school’s Academic Support Program.
Outside of the courtroom, Nathan enjoys playing tennis at least once a week, hanging out with friends and cooking. At the University of Pacific, Nathan was a four-year letter winner as a football player, however, he’s more a fan of college football games – not the 49ers.
