THE SEEGMILLER LAW FIRM HISTORY
"People want to know they can win, and won't be taken advantage of by another person or an insurance company. We do everything in our power to ensure that our clients are justly compensated for the trauma they have experienced."

The Seegmiller Law Firm
A Three Decade History of Fighting for You
The Seegmiller Law Firm has been handling personal injury and wrongful death cases in Orange County, California since we opened our doors in 1981. In this time, we've developed a deep understanding of how catastrophic injuries not only impact the injured person's life, but the lives of their families as well. We understand the financial needs you will face if a major injury takes place and will work our tails off to make sure you receive full compensation for your losses. We've since opened offices in Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, Nevada to better serve you where you live.
Our founding principle is that people come first. That's why we don't represent huge corporations and insurance companies. They have enough help already. We're much happier lending a helping hand to individuals and their families who have suffered loss due to medical malpractice, property/animal owner negligence, nursing home abuse, injuries sustained while traveling in a plane, car, motorcycle, truck or train, and many other circumstances. That's also why we never bill a client unless we settle their case. In other words, we don't get paid until you get paid!
We've grown and changed in the last three decades but one thing has remained the same: our relentless pursuit of full compensation for people and their families who have suffered loss due to negligence and abuse.
We love where we live and take pride in assisting members of our community. We've spent the last three decades building strong relationships in Orange County. As a result, many of our referrals come from attorneys and judges who know and respect us.
We look forward to continuing to serve our community for years and years to come!
